Workshop Option 1: Certified Guideline Panel Member + Adolopment Module
Time Commitment: Full day on September 9 – 8 hours Workshop
Certified Guideline Panel Member
Designed for Individuals Participating as a Member of a Guideline Development Group
Pre-requisites: No prerequisite training required
Main Learning Objectives: After completion of the Guideline Group or Panel member course, the learner will be able to:
- Understand and describe the evidence-based methods to developing practice guidelines, based on the relevant topics of the GIN-McMaster checklist
- Apply the evidence-based methods as a practice guideline panel member
Pre-requisites: No prerequisite training required
- Guideline adaptation approaches seek to optimize the use of existing information and efficiency in guideline development while considering local evidence and factors for contextualization.
- This module provides INGUIDE trainees with an overview of the process and steps of using the GRADE-ADOLOPMENT approach for the development of health guidelines.
Workshop Option 2: Certified Guideline Methodologist Course
Designed for Individuals Participating in a Guideline Development Group in the Role of an Expert Methodologist
Time Commitment:
- Online Modules + Online 4 hours prior to conference
- Full day on September 9 – 8 hours Workshop
Pre-requisites: Certified Guideline Panel Member
Main Learning Objectives: After completion of the Guideline Methodologist course, the learner will be able to:
- Understand and describe the evidence-based methods to developing practice guidelines, based on the entire GIN-McMaster checklist
- Apply the evidence-based methods as a panel methodologist
Workshop Option 3: Certified Lead Guideline Developer and Chair
Designed for Individuals Participating in a Guideline Development Group in the Role of Chair or Co-Chair
Time Commitment:
- Online Modules + Online 4 hours prior to conference
- Full day on September 9 – 8 hours Workshop

Main Learning Objectives: After completion of the Guideline Methodologist course, the learner will be able to:
